Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 5, 2026
StoryPop Collective ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit storypopcollective.com or courses.storypopcollective.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Information you give us: your name and email when you join our newsletter, send an event inquiry, book a call, create a course account, or enroll in The Children's Book Self-Publishing Blueprint. When you buy, you also provide billing details such as country and zip code.
Payment information: payments are processed securely by our payment providers (such as Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically: like most websites, our site and course platforms use cookies and similar tools to keep the site working, remember your login, and understand how visitors use the site (for example, pages viewed and general location based on IP address).
How we use your information
To deliver the course and any coaching sessions you book; to send you course access details, receipts and important updates; to reply to your questions and event inquiries; to send our newsletter if you signed up (you can unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email); and to improve our website and course.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run StoryPop Collective, such as Squarespace (website and newsletter), Thinkific (course platform), Stripe (payments), and Cal.com and Google (scheduling and video calls). These providers handle your data under their own privacy policies. We may also share information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you have an account or are subscribed, and as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing emails, by emailing storypopcollective@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor those requests as required.
Children's privacy
Our website and courses are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
